Czech Law No. 167/2012 Coll. on archiving, document management and electronic signature was amended as of July 1, 2012. The webinar will provide information regarding the new requirements dealing with electronic originals in order to avoid lack of evidence in disputes or in cases of a tax office audit.
The webinar is jointly organised by Forum, publishing house and Central European Advisory Group (CEAG) and it will be led by Mgr. Barbora Procházková, LL.M, Head of the Corporate Law and IT Department at CEAG.
